We sell exclusively digital products (such as Canva templates, coloring books, and ebooks), which are delivered instantly upon purchase. In accordance with European and French consumer law, these products are not eligible for cancellation or return once the download or access has begun, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.

No Returns or Refunds After Download

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this waives your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or used, except in the limited cases described below.

Exceptions

We may offer refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and the issue cannot be resolved.
• The product you received is significantly different from the product description.
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

To request an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@growlandia.com, and provide:

• The email address used for the purchase
• The name of the product
• A detailed description of the issue (screenshots or other documentation may be required)

All requests will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
